Kreer

This Code of Conduct describes, in concrete, operational terms, what's expected of you in every session you offer on Kreer. It's the living, updatable detail behind the general commitment in Section 4 ("Verification, conduct, and quality standards") of the Kreer Expert Agreement, which remains the binding document between you and Kreer. Kreer may update this Code more often than the Agreement itself; we'll notify you of any substantive change.

Punctuality

Show up to every booked session at the agreed time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, do it as far in advance as possible, using your expert dashboard's tools, not as a last-minute call unless it's a real emergency.

Professionalism

Keep a professional tone and conduct throughout the session, regardless of how difficult the conversation gets. This includes your language, how quickly you respond to the client's questions during the session, and your willingness to explain your reasoning when asked.

Zero discrimination or harassment

No discriminatory treatment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic, and no form of harassment, toward a client or toward Kreer, is tolerated. This applies without exception, even if the client initiates that conduct, in which case you may end the session and report it to Kreer.

Stay within the scope and format you offered

Deliver the session within the scope, length, and format described on your profile at the time the client booked it. If during the session you notice the client needs something different (more time, a different format, or an area of expertise that isn't yours), say so clearly instead of trying to cover a topic outside your real experience.

Responsiveness to messages

Reply to your clients' messages within a reasonable time, even if the reply is simply "I'll look into this soon." A client who books a session with you, or messages you before or after one, should feel like someone's on the other end.

If a client needs something outside your expertise

If a client asks for help with something clearly outside your stated area of expertise, don't try to wing it. Say so honestly, and if you know another Kreer expert better suited to it, feel free to recommend them directly.

What happens if this Code isn't followed

Non-compliance with this Code is handled under the review process described in Section 19 of the Kreer Expert Agreement. This Code itself isn't a separate document you accept on its own, it's the operational detail behind a commitment you already accepted in Section 4 of that Agreement.
